Dr. Milner offers his weight loss programs, health counselors, and obesity treatment services to Maryland residents in the Baltimore Metro region including Harford County and Baltimore County, in addition to portions of Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
In addition to his WeightWISE Centers, Dr. Milner has an independent Internal Medicine practice serving the Baltimore area.

Dr. Milner graduated the University of Maryland with high honors in 1970. He attended the University of Maryland Medical School, and completed post-graduate training in Internal Medicine at The University of Maryland Hospital in 1977. Dr. Milner completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology in 1979. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
Dr. Milner is also Board Eligible in The American Society of Bariatric Physicians and served on their Ethics Committee. In 2009, Dr. Milner was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Milner provides Internal Medicine care to almost all health care insurers, and provides a sliding scale fee for uninsured patients. Every patient has access to his personal cell phone in case of after hours problems. If your physician doesn’t provide this level of care, maybe it is time to change where you get your health care.
